House in the Mountains / Wolff Archtiects

This house resides on a farm in the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa.

The house location was determined by bald spots in the vegetation, the client's preference for outdoors living and views to the landscape.

The house is also fireproof and baboon-proof.
Since there is no mark of human intervention for miles around, an architecture of scaleless-ness. This was induced concealing conventional external elements as openings were exaggerated.
